Essex Flood Grant Scheme
Claim up to £5,000.00 for Property Level Protection (PLP) Flood Defence Measures for Homes
Lakeside Flood Solutions have been appointed by Essex County Council to manage the 2018-2019 Essex Flood Defence Alleviation Scheme.
Under the scheme, eligible Applicants can claim for the installation of Property-Level Flood Defence Measures up to the £5,000.00 grant funding limit available.
Who can apply?
You can apply for a PLP grant if you’ve been affected by internal flooding from local flood risk sources such as rainfall, watercourses, and groundwater.
How do I apply?
To apply for a PLP grant:
- Complete the PLP grant application form on the Essex County Council Website – https://flood.essex.gov.uk/get-a-flood-grant/property-level-resilience-grant-for-homes/apply-for-a-plp-grant/
- If your application is successful, we will be in touch to book a Survey to assess your property
